What it is

A guided journey through anxiety, overthinking, and sleepless nights.

It starts by asking. A guided conversation built on the screeners a clinic uses: GAD-7 for anxiety, ISI for sleep, PHQ-9 for low mood. It follows the symptoms you picked, not a script everyone gets.

Then it hands you a kit, not a library. Three or four practices gathered for one real moment, in an order that has a reason. Everything in a kit is there because the research put it there, and each one shows you how strong that backing is.

Kits to help you:

  • Stay calm when the day gets loud
  • Get your confidence back, a little at a time
  • Face what you've been avoiding
  • Come down from a panic moment
  • Build your own out of whatever actually works for you

And you don't walk it alone. Haki goes with you.

Why we're building it

Something changed, and it isn't you.

More people are anxious, sleeping badly, and stuck in their own heads than a generation ago, and it's starting younger. Why is a long argument. Work, money, being far from the people you love, how loud everything is now. We're not going to pretend we know which one it is for you. What's clear is that a lot of people are carrying this, most of them quietly, and most of them alone.

Help is everywhere, and none of it is sorted. A breathing protocol out of a Stanford lab. A mudra. A line from the Gita. Cold water. A soundscape. Some of it is very good. Some of it is nothing. Nobody hands you the difference, so you try things at random until you give up.

That sorting is the work we do. We read the research, we grade it honestly, and what survives gets bundled into something small enough to actually do.

Open the anxiety cool-down kit and you'll find a breath protocol from a Stanford paper sitting next to a mudra a thousand years older than the paper. Both earned their place. We don't much care which tradition they came from, only whether they hold up, and we'll tell you how well each one does.

Good practice from the east. Good science from the west. Bundled for you.

We're building this carefully, and we'd like you early.
